At a Glance
Ballroom dance is an excellent exercise that stimulates coordination, flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. It allows children to stay active while having fun.
The Ballroom Classroom dance program exposes students to different musical styles and cultures. They learn to appreciate musical diversity and recognize rhythms and melodies through various styles: Merengue, Waltz, Cha-Cha, Salsa, Swing, Two-Step, Tango, and Foxtrot.
By learning dance steps and performing in front of an audience, children develop remarkable self-confidence. Dance offers them a unique opportunity to express themselves and feel proud of their achievements.
