The group stands out for its great flexibility and adaptability. For each event, performances are customized and tailored to match the overall theme of the activity. For the upcoming season, Ngongi Africa is renewing its repertoire by integrating new contemporary sounds, offering a brand-new artistic experience compared to previous editions while remaining faithful to the essence of Congolese rumba.

Microgrant Funding and Booking Procedures
The ACFA régionale de Calgary exclusively organizes this show as part of the PasseP’art, ViceVersa, and Immers’Art microgrants. Microgrants amount to $1,500 per workshop and/or show series, per school, per year. For more information regarding these microgrants, please visit the following webpages: PassepArt, ImmersArt, ViceVersa. The ACFA applies a $300 administrative fee per agreement to cover costs related to processing the microgrant application, preparing agreements, as well as billing and payments.
