Folk Music Show with the Duo Folklofolie
About the Artists
The Duo Folklofolie offers interactive, ever-evolving performances that bring Francophone culture to life through traditional French-Canadian music. Thanks to a dynamic, accessible, and participatory approach, André Varin and Marie-Claude Gagnon invite students to discover the joy of local music, featuring folk instruments, call-and-response songs, and folk dances. All of this comes together to create a vibrant and unifying experience.
The shows are designed to spark curiosity, encourage participation, and foster a sense of belonging to the Francophone culture. Students are invited to actively participate in a festive and inclusive atmosphere.
The Folklofolie Duo adapts to various age groups in both elementary and secondary schools, offering tailored and enriching educational content.
